The bathroom faucet was leaking and food supplies were running out because there were probably too many people.

I was initially underrated because the price was relatively cheap for a hotel in the Nusa Dua area with direct beach access. The entrance was small, and the hotel sign wasn't very visible from the street. But once inside, the hotel was spacious and very clean. We happened to arrive early and asked to have breakfast on the day I checked in, and they allowed it. Thank you 🤗 I was amazed because the breakfast looked ordinary, but it was delicious 🥹 The omelet was perfect, the fried rice was fragrant, and the chicken karage had all the spices, not bland 🥹 It didn't stop there. The toiletries, like soap, shampoo, and conditioner, were all "Sensatia." Wow, this hotel is amazing 😍

This is my second time staying at this hotel, but yesterday, when it was very busy, I got a room on the upper floors. I asked for a room on the first or second floor, but couldn't because they were all occupied, even though I had booked two weeks in advance. Luckily, I got upgraded to the courtyard, so although the room was a bit damp, I still had the balcony. The phone in the room was broken, so I contacted a technician and it was immediately replaced. There's no Netflix; you have to register using your own account. It seems like a lot of the staff has changed. When I stayed here, the hotel was called Tijili, then Ikosharold, and now it's back to Tijili. The staff are helpful, but their friendliness needs to be improved. The staff used to always greet guests every time they passed. The cleanliness is good. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. Breakfast has improved; the menu now changes daily and there are plenty of choices. Welcome drinks are no longer served on the beach, but are served in the lobby.

It's really worth it, just check the breakfast food again because many of them are bland.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, close to the beach.

The kids' play room is not well maintained. Broken toys and limited choices. I joined the hair braiding activity for kids; they told me it’s at 10 AM, but no staff was in the room until I called them twice. Funniest is the staff can’t braid hair?! Also, the water at the mini waterpark was very dirty, so none dared to swim there. It’s actually fine overall, but as parents, we were quite disappointed with the kids' facilities.

Every question and need we had was responded to promptly and helpfully, making us feel right at home. The hotel was also in excellent condition. The hotel grounds, rooms, and public facilities were clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Our room was comfortable, fully equipped, and provided a peaceful atmosphere for relaxing after a long day of activities. What we appreciated most was the hotel's comprehensive facilities, which cater to family needs. The atmosphere felt family-friendly, making it suitable for couples or children. The public areas were comfortable, the staff were friendly to children, and overall, it provided a pleasant stay for the whole family. We found the hotel's location, service, cleanliness, and comfort to be excellent. It's rare to find a hotel that consistently maintains this quality of service from arrival to check-out.
