The photos and prices did not meet expectations.

The staff is very friendly and helpful whenever we need anything. We stay 24 hours a day, and of course, the facilities are complete with a comfortable room atmosphere.

The room was quite spacious, although the air conditioning wasn't very cool. The amenities were adequate: an en suite bathroom with a shower, towels, a TV, a desk, and a standard bed. Coffee and tea were available downstairs. It would be a good place to stay next time. 😊

It's nothing special. The guy who was in charge was nice and friendly. Other than that, it was pretty normal. I just had trouble sleeping last night, I really couldn't. I only read the reviews on Google after booking and when I was about to check in, probably because I was preoccupied with my thoughts after reading the reviews. I finally got to sleep after moving to another hotel the next day.

Honestly, this is really cool. The rooms are big, the location is convenient.

It just needs improvement, it's bound to be busy. Smooth water supply would be convenient, thanks to its strategic location.

The room's AC is not cold enough and the hotel is free... is it okay for couples to stay overnight? Asked the receptionist, he said our accommodation is not sharia compliant.

The accommodation is quite comfortable, although not soundproof, close to public facilities, CFD Ijen is also close. It's really worth it for the cheap price.

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was spacious, and the bed was large. However, I requested a non-smoking room on the first floor because I had two large suitcases and a small child. The staff gave me a room on the second floor, which smelled of cigarettes upon entering. The small stairway made it difficult to carry two large suitcases. The bathroom was dirty, and the toilet still had dirt residue, requiring cleaning several times. While lying on the bed, my wife's skin became itchy, red, and inflamed. So I immediately decided to move to another hotel. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

The location is great, close to everywhere. It's just a shame that the toilet often has problems, but ask the staff to fix it and they can. Another minus, there are cockroaches running around every now and then hehehe. Thank you

The room smelled of cigarettes, the drainage was clogged after I dug it out and it was all filled with hair, it was so disgusting. I was there for 2 days and still had 5 hours left so I just went looking for another one.

The location is strategic. The room is not soundproof at all.

Just a suggestion from us, staying 6 days the room was only cleaned once, it should be cleaned 3 times. Thank you.

The homestay is comfortable but the AC is very cold and the temperature cannot be adjusted using the remote.
