The hotel is near the dining area, near Sword Lake, the staff is happy and ok. But the room is normal, old, high price, bad breakfast, overall not as satisfied as expected.

The reception is very cute. But the room quality is too bad. Smelly, the bed is still damp.

Clean, close to the center. Friendly staff, full of support.

Room and interior are OK, but the deodorizing system of the bathroom is very bad and because I ordered it online, I pushed myself to the 7th floor.

Nhà mất điện nên đặt tạm khách sạn này 1 đêm và cảm thấy rất ưng ý. Phòng giống hình. Kích thước đúng như mô tả. Giá rẻ so với chất lượng.

The first two days of the last two days in a room without wifi and mobile signal, on Tuesday, the room was changed better.

Clean room, warm blanket, soft mattress. Staff is very very enthusiastic. I left for a few days but came back to stay for 1 more day;)). Having a chance to go to Hanoi will definitely come back. :))

The hotel is in a central location, walking to Sword Lake very close, around there is a market, many places to eat, also near Dong Xuan market. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Clean, fully equipped rooms, hairdryer, television, fridge, desk, toilet with full hot and cold water, gas pits are slightly smelly so cover the drain on the floor. Satisfied with service and amenities.
