The hotel certainly offers the basic and pleasant experience. Its close proximity to the Mall adds its plus point. Though no breakfast offered, since it's located next to shoplots, it provides ample choice of breakfast according to your liking.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is also great, as it is near Inanam Mall and other shops.

Next time I check in again there, tittop, there are many negative comments, but I personally checked in the best ones.

First experience, 3 months ago I stayed at this hotel. It was late check in (about 11.30pm) and the aircons doesn't work properly (no aircond at all) so I called the receptionist for help. They sent the maintenance at 12am ( he bring up his ladder) and try to fix the aircond for about 50 minutes - so it's about 1am. My second experience: it was also a late check in (about 11pm) when I get inside the room I notice the pipe from the basin was leak and I can't stop it unless I switch off the main supply! I called the receptionist and they (again) sent their maintenance at 11.30pm !!! The maintenance team came with their tools etc and it really make me angry but I try to keep my mouth shut as I try to understand it's not his fault but the management! I'm restless and need rest but end up with this stupid things! Unsatisfied guest.

The hotel is very nice,clean and have room cleaning every day. Even the location not very good, but it still worth the money. they have own parking lot, if you have bring your car you no need to worry about your vehicles, and the staff very nice too.

Another display image. Once in another room's room. We choose a superior room, only a single bed 2. Very uncomfortable. You want to sleep 4 orng if the bed is single. Small room. There is no prayer room. Standing toilet floor, rotten towel towel. The hotel next to the building is not ready. The room has a window darkening window. Very unsatisfied. Hopefully the hotel fixes the shortcomings. Proper display of pictures. Inside the website is not a game of ready-made color, not a big game. Skli dtng nacam ayam 😤

The room was clean, the pillows were not satisfactory because it was quite loud. The location is far fewer than the city area. There are also eateries and supermarkets near the hotel. It's worth the price.

Everything fine, room is clean except the sink is clogged and WiFi is not stable in room.
