We stayed at Smartbudget in the New Deluxe after a long trip. Long story short, after showering, we found a cockroach in the room and I informed the front desk. The staff helped us with a mosquito repellent, but the mosquito repellent wasn't replaced even though they had just killed the cockroach. Okay, we're fine with that. After that, we found a centipede. My partner told the front desk, but the front desk replied, "How could there be a centipede?" Well, how would we know? We should be the ones asking that question, it's ridiculous, isn't it? The staff killed the centipede, and I couldn't believe it. They threw it under the bed, not outside the room. lol. I don't know why, maybe we just had a bad day.
