The location is convenient for foods options. However the room was not as expected. TV was broken unable to switch on, provide only 2 flat pillow which very awful condition, the blanket and pillow cover was not in good hygiene, no kettle, no fridge and the room was not sound insulation. We able to hear neighbor voices. Overall not meet our expectation and will not repeat to stay at this hotel. Dear management, please improve your quality and services. Thank you.

The room is very comfortable and clean. Clean toilet. There are eateries near the hotel.

The room I booked as per picture suppose got window also wider space, but when I checked in on night, starting the front desk staff said full, but after keep check, then found 1 room but smaller and also no window. Staff is friendly but actually not worth for the value, due to we found other place which better location also cheaper than these hotels. Aircond also got sound all night. The heater at shower room also not working.

Bad check in service & the hotel room’s toilet stinks.

The room that was given differ from the picture shown online. I thought I booked the 2 queen bed with window rooms from the picture, only to check in at the room for a single and a queen bed plus no window. There were someone else’s dead skins from all the nail clipping when I check in. Staff smoking in door at the reception.

I booked for Queen size bed with window but when I reach there at 2pm the room is not ready for check in yet.

If can clean up the room every day will better, and the water not refill to customers every day.

Everything is great only 1 thing... smelly toilet... need to shut the door to avoid the smell... please fix it.

Prefer room got window but no allow and night time reception area is noisy, can't relax for sleep.

The hotel is clean, the interior is pretty. And cheap too!

Overall the place is clean and neat. But the actual room is smaller than it shows on picture and the soundproofing is not really good. We can literally hear the foot steps and people talking clearly outside.

Everything is good. Will come again.
