The restaurant didn't explain that breakfast is charged for children over 5 years old. It wasn't mentioned in the explanation; it should have been detailed so guests would know. It will be explained next month when they go for breakfast...

We were quite disappointed staying at the Hotel in even though when we stayed 1 family member had a birthday so when they arrived there were quite a lot of people around 8 people, because they came only to give a surprise so it was quite noisy, but they didn't stay, at that time I asked Hk to sweep the room, but the HK officer said impolitely that if I report you, you will be charged, you in the noisy room are as rude as in the market, he said arrogantly and if in the next room you complain because your room is noisy, we are also the ones who have difficulty moving rooms, even though when we entered the room it wasn't cold, our bedcover was dirty like there were stains but we didn't complain, please teach us etiquette (I didn't see the Hk name tag) it's not good even though when we checked in at the front office they served us very friendly,

The room I booked was fully booked. I was upgraded to a larger suite. The suite was very comfortable. The room was large, with a separate living room and a dedicated dining table in the living room. The bed was very comfortable. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
