The room is clean and the staff is friendly.

Check-in was easy, the room was clean, and it was just a short walk to the Ciwalk access point. In the morning, the staff were sometimes unreachable, as they were likely still sleeping, but overall, everything was comfortable and easy to find food.

The staff are friendly. The room is clean and comfortable although a bit disturbed by the musty smell from the bathroom that evaporates, but if the bathroom door is closed it is not smelled. Hot water can only be used for 5 minutes, but it's not a problem. All the equipment in the room can be used properly. When the gas runs out, the staff quickly replaces it. Just report via WA. Access to Ciwalk is also very close. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

need repair of the floor in the kitchen, the broken sink and soap dish in the bathroom can't be used, and it's not soundproof. AC, there's hot water for bathing, hot water dispenser and the location is good and I like it. thank you

I swear I was really annoyed, I had booked more than 1 month before, I immediately confirmed that the booking had been entered, then suddenly the apartment cancelled it 4 days before, when I confirmed it, they said it was because of the wrong price.

First experience staying at The Jarrdin Apartment by Omami on the 23rd floor. The apartment staff is friendly. The room is spacious, there is a balcony and a beautiful view directly to the mountain, we happened to get a room upgrade. In the room there is a make-up table, a mini kitchen complete with a dining table and cooking utensils, and a wardrobe is also provided. The bathroom is also clean but not equipped with toiletries, only towels, and a little unpleasant odor but overall we are comfortable staying here and can sleep soundly. Thank you Omami.

I booked for 3 nights,but forfeit my 2 nights due the apartment is not suitable for family or holidays at all! It is a place for prostitution.We have to move and booked a new hotel.The jarrdin apartment is not recommended at all.

Booked a luxury room and upgraded to a 2 bedroom room without any additional costs, lots of sockets, clean and comfortable, although the Wi-Fi is a bit slow, overall it's good and comfortable, refrigerator, AC, cooking utensils, drinking water are good, thanks ✨

It is recommended that if you go to Bandung, rent at Omami. I have always stayed at Omami several times. The units are good and the facilities are complete. The important thing is that there is Netflix, which is great.

Suggestion: For the availability of drinking water, it should always be checked. If it runs out, replace it immediately, not from the guest who informs the staff.

The room was dirty, lots of furniture was not maintained, lots of dust.
