I book a room of 941,000 VND completely without a low price but the quality of the hotel and the quality of the room are not equal to the rooms of 400,000 - 500,000 I used to stay in Sam Son. - Photos of the hotel on the web are not true to reality (actually outside the first floor of the hotel is a shop selling pho or morning rolls looking very messy, dirty water spilling out in front is very unsanitary, Of course, there is no pool or hall as shown in the picture). Overall the hotel lobby is very dark, very foul, no maintenance at all. - The room is nearly 1,000,000 vnđ but the quality is like a cheap motel: creaking bed is about to collapse to the place, bad smell, air conditioner to 16 degrees but like no water, drinking water is a bottle of 7.5l to use again and again. This guest turns to the next guest, has been covered with moss but still cannot be replaced, no dryer, no toilet paper. - Receptionist attitude is very impolite. Guests who booked a room with the same attitude of giving thanks to people, I called before I arrived, asked "Yes, that's right". I went to pick up the room, the receptionist handed the key to the 8th floor room, then she asked again "how does the web quote me?" Good hotel service next to the beach

The hotel is on the seafront of the C zone. The rooms are also good at the price. Suitable for people who just need to rest and hang out. High floor outside the hall is very cool. If you want to take a vacation, go to some nearby guests. The price is higher but will be more comfortable.

Many photos are not true. Room has moldy smell, no hot water.

Toilet room is broken, stinking. And the staff called out the room, not changing the room.

I just booked the master suite and the receptionist repeatedly asked the phone to order food. This made me most unhappy about the hotel here.
