The service is okay, everything is okay, it's near the beach and very cool, I recommend it.

The room is a bit old and small compared to the pictures. The receptionist is friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel location is not very close to the beach. It's a bit far to walk.

I was so tired so I wanted to relax in my hotel room the first thing when I arrived. But when I got there, it was like WTF?! They said my room is not available and they had to relocate me to the nearest Hotel (I think their sister hotel). The location is good, but the room??? You can see it from the picture. And the audacity of them saying that they upgraded my room! Under the bed full of dust. I was so out of energy to get angry. Not phone to call the receptionist. No tissue in the room. No hanger. And they don’t provide breakfast, so I had to go to the original hotel to get the breakfast. They wanted to cash out my breakfast money, but I don’t want that. Woke up in the morning looking for breakfast. Gosh. I booked like a month earlier. Can’t they send me email if my room is unavailable??? It’s that easy. If they emailed me, I can find a new hotel easily! Really pissed me off.

The hotel doesn't have hot water, the room smells bad, the mattress is moldy, I don't even dare to cover myself with a blanket, so I take my jacket home to cover myself temporarily, it's really bad.

The staff is very obedient and enthusiastic! One thing I don't like is that the room lights are a bit dark.

I had a serious traffic accident, when I woke up in the emergency room it was late afternoon so I called the hotel to ask for help canceling the room but they refused. I understand them but they can still help, they just don't want to. I'll accept losing the booking but I will definitely never use the service here again. Thank you!

I booked 2 standard rooms with free upgrade for me and my friend. The bed is very big. There is a balcony, clean toilet, sale price is more than 200 fish per night. The location is 3-5 minutes drive from the beach. I flew early so I could leave my luggage comfortably, there is a cleaning staff every day.

The hotel is ok but the bathroom drains and the water is very slow to use. The water takes a long time to drain, otherwise everything is ok.

For the price, this hotel is ok! The hotel is old but the hygiene is ok so the experience is good.

The right decision to stay here, convenient and very close to the places I want to go, especially near My Khe beach, can walk to the beach and then return to the hotel. The staff is polite, enthusiastic, and friendly.

It's a budget hotel, so don't expect too much. It's an old hotel near My Khe Beach, a 5-minute walk away. The ambiance is a bit dated, and there's a lingering old smell. Despite that, our three-person room was surprisingly spacious. The hotel lobby attendant speaks English, though just a bit. The check-in process was quick, even during the night. They provided toiletries, towels, and even toothbrushes. In room 703, the air conditioner works well and makes the room quite chilly. As for breakfast, I'd rate it a 2-star experience. The options are limited to just five items, and the coffee in the kettle was disappointingly cold, despite being in an electric kettle. However, if you can overlook these minor issues and are content with a modest breakfast before exploring Da Nang, it might be an acceptable choice for your stay.

I am very satisfied with the hotel's service, clean room, friendly staff, enthusiastic customer support. The hotel entrance is easy to find, spacious and close to the beach so it is very convenient to go to the beach. I am very satisfied and will come back here. An extremely wonderful experience

It seems that the hotel has been around for a long time so some parts are a bit old, scratched, dirty, the drain is slow, the water is still very clear when bathing. I found the receptionists to be normal, not very enthusiastic. I asked and asked to help me with 2 things and they all shook their heads and couldn't help, 6/10
