Overall, it's okay as usual. The location is close to everything, and the staff are quite friendly, although not all of them are. But if I may suggest, the non-stick frying pan used for frying eggs during breakfast could be replaced with a new one. I noticed that two of the ones I used had lots of scratches and were unusable, which means they should not be used anymore. If you really care about customer health, please consider replacing them.

The hotel staff is friendly. The facilities are comprehensive, including entertainment. There are also water dispensers on each floor. The only downside is the cramped rooms and minimal lighting.

same as my previous comment, good hotel, very convenient, but be careful not to leave or to forget your valuable belongings while not in the room or when checking out. I made mistake and I lost my phone charger

Hotel is so convenient, few mins walk to DP Mall. however if you leave some of your belongings in the room while you are not in the room, you'll lost it. It happened to me, my mistake was I forgot my phone charger when I was checking out. And it was gone by the time I asked if there was a charger left out in my room before, the person in the lobby said no report from the room cleaner. Anyway my experience my mistake, so be careful not to leave anything behind. Overall the hotel is good

The staffs were friendly, suitable for both solo or family traveler. The location is superb... Near mall, Aeon.

The hotel is indeed modern and sophisticated, but there is one thing that needs to be improved, the most important thing is the cleanliness, please help improve it, because unfortunately yesterday when I slept I was quite itchy and felt that the bed was not very clean, also during the day when the sun shone on me the dust was very visible. And also for the towels I think they were not washed well, because they smelled bad, I apologize.

I was so happy to be in Semarang for the first time, and I was very satisfied with my stay at Rooms Inc. Everything was perfect, from the proximity to tourist attractions to the quiet hotel. I definitely want to stay here again when I return to Semarang.

Came here during a seminar, there was a Japanese buffet in the evening... Sushi, sashimi, ramen, yakitori all complete accompanied by a band... The location is right next to GP Mall.

Breakfast space was very limited due to the large number of visitors. Wi-Fi was slow. There was a miscommunication. I booked a room that included breakfast, but when I went to the restaurant, they said it didn't include breakfast, even though the app clearly stated it included breakfast.
