I enjoyed my stay here. The reception staff and other staff were very friendly. And the room was big and clean with affordable price.

The staff is friendly. Recommended for those who are in transit but want to stay in the city center. The bathroom is spacious. The atmosphere is calm.

The room window has been removed, so just replace the curtain, then the room is full of mosquitoes, it can't be called a hotel, try the Traveloka team to survey the hotel location, then offer it on Traveloka, whether it is suitable or not, don't just offer it from Traveloka without ever surveying the hotel, thank you

Lots of mosquitoes, the cupboard was almost knocked off.

Second floor wifi not connected in the room.

Very uncomfortable, dirty, not cold enough, bed linen dull, lots of cockroaches, bathroom is super dirty.

The bathroom, the toilet was dirty, the waiting room, smelled of cigarettes because the receptionist was smoking.

The floor room is dirty. The bathroom is also dirty. no tissue and toileters. There are only bottled water cups for drinking water for guests. Bad hotel. The air conditioner is old and the engine is noisy, so is the TV. There is no coat hanger in the closet. Breakfast is provided with a simple menu, there is coffee and tea but no water.

Check-out time does not match the order in the application. There is no dispensation or solution from the management.

Many mosquitoes, WiFi cannot be used.

For hot water it is not very active.

The food in the restaurant is good, the rooms are good but the air conditioning is less cold for a deluxe room.
