Sangat kecewa menginap di hotel ini. Saya menyewa 2 kamar, dan check in sekitar pukul 22.30, pada saat check in logikanya sebagai tamu kami langsung istirahat mengingat sudah malam dan capek. Besok pagi jam 08.00 pagi kami check out dan ternyata dari resepsionis menyuruh tunggu dulu mau dicek kamarnya. Didapati kamar yang 1 ada noda bekas tinta warna biru di bawah selimut bagian bawah. Pihak hotel (resepsionis) meminta tanggung jawab kami sebagai tamu untuk ganti biaya pembersihan noda itu. Kami bersikeras noda itu bukan berasal dari kami, dan memang nyatanya itu bukan dari kami. Yang saya heran:- resepsionis tetap yakin noda itu dari kami, padahal itu seperti noda tinta biru, yang mana dari kami tidak mengeluarkan pulpen apalagi kamipun pasti akan bertanggung jawab apabila memang benar dari kami (mengingat biaya penggantian hanya 50 ribu diambil dari deposit, maka tidak mungkin kami akan lari dari tanggung jawab)- resepsionis tetap bersikeras tanpa mempertimbangkan pendapat tamu yaitu dengan menuduh noda itu dari kami. Dia malah menyuruh kami seharusnya mengecek dulu semua pada saat masuk kamar. Logika berpikirnya sangat buruk sekali. Mana mungkin kami yang sudah capek seharian, masuk kamar dan mengecek apakah seprai ada noda atau tidak. Posisi nodanya juga unik, yaitu ada di sprei bagian bawah, yang sudah ditutupi dengan selimut yang diselipkan, sehingga mungkin bagi sebagian orang itu akan malas cek sampai bawah. Dan kebetulan kami laki-laki semua, ya hampir pasti kebiasaan dari kami tidak mengecek sampai sedetail itu. Memang ekspektasi saya di awal menginap di hotel ini tidak terlalu tinggi dikarenakan budget menginap saya cukup dengan tarif hotel ini. Maka dari itu ketika saya mendapati kamar yang sedikit kotor, jet shower yang tidak berfungsi, saya masih bisa memaklumi. Tapi saya sangat kecewa ketika pada saat check out dituduh kami mengotori spreinya dengan noda yang tidak jelas begitu. Sebagai pengganti rugi akhirnya deposit kami (awal 100 ribu) diminta 50 ribu untuk mengganti rugi biaya pembersihan sprei. Saya merasa seperti diperas. Sangat kecewa. Baru kali ini saya menginap di hotel tapi berasa seperti diperas. Mohon agen online sebagai aplikasi travel yang selalu saya pakai difilter lagi hotel seperti ini. Saya sebagai pengguna aplikasi dan tamu hotel merasa sangat kesal dan kecewa dengan pelayanan hotel ini.
