Got a room on the 4th floor, the hallway smelled really bad of cigarettes, making it suffocating. The room had no carpet, so in the morning my feet were unusually cold, there were still lots of food residue under the mattress, the toilet was slippery for the kids and the toilet was broken, the water had difficulty flowing when flushed. I'm sorry, this is just my experience and not just my family.
