The unit is not clean, the blankets too. The bathroom has a clogged drain so when you shower the water comes out, for guest convenience it should be repaired.

The air conditioner is hot, maybe broken.

I have suggest, it's better if Homey Room providing guest with fresh and better pillow., add a pair of sendal, few cloth hanger, and fresh towel.
