Just remember when hotel give you the 3rd storey room, please change and don't stay if unable to change

The location doesn't match on the map, we chose this hotel because it said the location was 230 m from KPJ Puteri Hospital, but in reality it was far from the hospital. Apart from that, the room we got was located outside the hotel building where the car park was located, so it was very uncomfortable. Not to mention the very loud noise from above and next door with cars coming in and out.

I took apartment, 2 bedroom 1 hall. The apartment was nice. Breakfast was good. They have a beautiful lobby. Parking was okay. It just they took higher rate of deposit. Overall was a great stay !

This is a 3-stars hotel rated as 4-stars. I booked for 2 nights, these are real experienced comments: - AC is not uniform from room-to-room. My room got the broken one. They couldn't fix it, or refused to fix it; because on the 2nd night after requesting a fix, the problem is not solved - No engineers as staff. They use the same bell-boy for dining staff, house-keeping staff, and room service staff. Maybe this is why our AC couldn't be fixed - Non-Smoking rooms are still smoking-odored. The staff couldn't restrict guests who are smoking in the non-smoking floors. Instead, they ONLY used air refresher to get rid of the smell while the smokers still smoked all day & night long. - Hotel with no Elevator. There are only 3 floors, but no elevators.

Everything was great except 2 things. The air conditioner broke down 2 times and quite noisy sometimes. No elevator to go up to level 2.
