The room was renovated ok. But the room was not cleaned thoroughly, the bed sheets still had hair on them. There was still something left in the fridge that was not plugged in so it was broken. The reception staff was enthusiastic and helpful ok.

Very old hotel. No towels, bed sheets changed daily. Room has no amenities, no service.

The landlord is friendly and approachable. The room is basically clean, but the air conditioner in my room is old and noisy, so I woke up at night.

The room is a bit old but quite clean and fully equipped with basic amenities, air conditioning, wall fan and TV, free Dasani bottled water every day. There are towels, face towels, I quite like that the room has a full set of personal hygiene items including toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, soap, cotton swabs, razor, hair cover, comb, toothbrush and toothpaste even though it is a cheap room. The staff is friendly and supports guests. There is free room cleaning every day if guests need it. There is a paid laundry service. The price of everything is reasonable. This place is suitable for backpackers, not too fussy about criteria, just clean and enough basic items is fine.

Chị chủ và nhân viên khách sạn rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình luôn ạ. Khách sạn gần trung tâm thuận tiện cho việc đi lại các khu vui chơi, tham quan. Nhược điểm là khi bước vào phòng nồng mùi thuốc lá dù trước đó mình yêu cầu phòng không hút thuốc rồi.

Phòng view phố hơi ồn, máy lạnh kêu, nhà tắm hơi có mùi, tủ quần áo kẹt không mở được. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Phù hợp giá tiền.

The hotel is right on Hue Street, quite central. Super wide elevator. Good service, complete amenities. The air conditioner is a bit old but it's okay
