In the last 1 month I have stayed 12 nights at this hotel, in deluxe and executive rooms, every time I stayed I had to call CS to ask for towels, as a result I was indirectly asked to give tips because I didn't feel comfortable returning to the room. , the worst experience was when I left something behind when I moved rooms the next day, when I asked management for help to find the item and asked for CCTV footage, the hotel management seemed to be covering it up, talking about things that contradicted the facts and actually blaming me as a guest who are negligent and think it is not their responsibility, as a result of staying for 3 nights, they come in wearing shoes, come home in sandals and go to the office in sandals, regardless of what the items are, the feeling of security for guests staying overnight in my opinion is related to trust, a sense of security and comfort in where they stay, because this time The first time I got this bad service, never mind shoes, just USB charging in a 4 star class hotel, they called us regarding returning the goods, these were the shoes and their condition. I still stayed 3 nights, there was no resolution and when I asked for follow-up the management actually blamed me as a guest with a very unreasonable explanation and this will be my last day staying here, thank you.
