Very ok everyone should experience it

Quick check-in, spacious and comfortable space. Convenient location to go to Ba Den mountain and the Holy See.

City center, spacious room, enthusiastic staff

When guests bring their suitcases, the security guard does not assist them in bringing them to the room. When they leave, there is no service to help them move their suitcases down, they just sit outside.

Khách sạn không hỗ trợ khi khách đến sớm, mà phải đúng 14pm mới cho check-in, việc dọn phòng lạ lắm: ly, tách dơ không rửa nhe :(

khách sạn to, phòng khá rộng rãi. Bên dưới có quán cafe nước ngon. Nhân viên lễ phép. Tuy nhiên, nếu đã pay qua app thì khách sạn sẽ không ra hóa đơn hay biên nhận. Nhưng sau đó khách sạn có cho confirm check in. Ăn sáng cũng không nhiều món nhưng ăn khá hợp miệng.

Phòng rộng, thoải mái, sạch sẽ nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và vui vẻ tuy nhiên buffet sáng không hấp dẫn lắm, món ăn rất ít.

Big hotel, clean and good service.

Overall clean and tidy. Staff (security, reception,...) polite, attentive. The space and facilities in the room are relatively comfortable in the price range. I came on the 28th of AL is the low season, the hotel does not provide buffet as usual, so I cannot evaluate the breakfast. However, the quality of the food is quite good. Worth considering for future stays.

Clean comfortable spacious room. Good service. Worth choosing. However, the hotel has not reopened the breakfast service. Overall still rated 5 stars.

Reception can speak english, the room so noisy,the lights are can’t turned off, hotel does not reach 4 star standard

Room is fine, but noisy air-con, creaking from ceiling. I am on the 8th floor
