The room was very large, the AC was cold, and the bathroom had hot water, but I got a room without a view. Housekeeping, if there are still guests inside, please don't keep ringing the bell repeatedly. I was in the shower, so it disturbed me. Perhaps the hotel could provide a sign on the door to indicate whether the room needs cleaning or a 'do not disturb' sign.

So far, so good. I rented two rooms for two nights. The bathroom exhaust fan broke on both sides. I requested a repair upon arrival on the first day, but it wasn't repaired until check-out. It's a real shame.

Highly recommended, can be used as a place to rest if you want to travel in Surabaya.
