Very nice room, clean, and quiet, with all I needed (fridge, WiFi, desktop, etc.). For the price (less than $US15), it's very hard to find better in this area. I paid sometimes two or three times more for something less good.

It's a basic place for you to sleep, nothing fancy don't let your hope up with this price. the rest are average with outdated facilities. Price you can't beat, what you pay is what you get. it's an ok place if you don't expect too much.
