Our family stayed at Gramm Hotel for the first time. The 3-star hotel (managed by Ambarrukmo) had already made us confident in our expectations of quality. And it was true, the hotel with a classy appearance, cleanliness and comfort were provided during our 2-day stay. Although we experienced problems with the toilet facilities, the operator and technician team immediately acted quickly to resolve them. Breakfast had a wide selection, including fresh juice made directly in front of us full of fruit, international, national and regional menus, and even instant noodles. There was also a special crossing facility/luxury type bridge with air conditioning to Plaza Ambarrukmo. Very impressive.

Good experience to stay in Gramm Hotel. The location is across the mall with a quick access bridge. My room is quite spacious, and the staff is always helpful.

It's okay.
But the breakfast waiting list is quite long, until I go back to my room and then come down again, still waiting.
I'm a bit disappointed because the long weekend was full, but they didn't prepare a breakfast area. I couldn't ask for room service either. It's a shame. I wasted time just waiting for breakfast.

Overall, the service and facilities were good. However, we apologize for the inconvenience. When we were about to check out, the hotel staff called at 11:45 a.m., even though check-out time was 12:00 p.m. This made us feel rushed, even though we had intended to check out on time.

A word to the wise: you can request pick-up from the station for a very reasonable price. Seamless check-in, and a very strategic location. Directly across from the mall and by the pedestrian crossing.
