So worth it, like 5 stars!

The service of agent got me really disappointed. first, they just give me a direction and video via whatsapp to show me where the key of room was. so, they never give us the key by hand and we have to find the key by ourselves. secondly, i rent the studio room for 3 days, but in my 2nd day, they asked me to check out at 12 pm, and I showed the receipt that i should check out the next day, and they just said ok without saying sorry. next, after we check out, i asked them my deposit before 1 pm because i had to leave malaysia and they said they have to check the room first before return my deposit, and they accused me writing on the wall "bad service stupid". and surely it was not me and i asked my deposit. and finally without saying sorry or thank you they returned my deposit. In short, i will not use this agent again, they treat the customer bad. and i guess the guest before me got disappointed as well.

service was very bad.. they lost key and make me waiting forever and never come back to me on what should i do.. never update me and never call me back.. in fact my refund is still haven't done yet..

Okay, but you need to upgrade with a cassava problem.

Bathroom no lighting. Bad service. Very bad experience

I stayed for 4 nights. the room looked exactly like the pic, comfy. but i found so many cockroaches. and the towels that they served are smelly, as did the fridge like seriously i opened it only once. but overall its good enough, they have a great price for the great view and the large room. they also provide hair dryer and iron. surely will stay here again if i visit damansara. and i hope there will no more cockroaches, stinky towels or fridges. and also the availability of cooking utensils will make it more perfect.

Please return my money. Very bad. This is scammer.

The agent is not so friendly and there got cockroach inside the room.

No Astro. No wifi. No free parking. Unit poorly maintain.

1. The person in charge hardly replies texts or answers calls causing a delay. 2. The water heater is noisy. 3. The unit was full of cockroaches (I alone killed 3) 4. The refrigerator smells bad.

You get what you pay for. If only to just sleep. Okay. Our room's WiFi did not work.

The TV of the studio spoiled. The toilet door cannot closed, the lock spoiled. Most of all the air cond was not cold at all, we have to turn on the fan too.

Great unit. Good view. Nice owner.

Overall is great. Shop and restaurant is just downstairs. Best value for money!

nice hill view!! the house are spacious, love the mattress upstairs, certain thing need to improve is kitchen utensil, yellow light and table lamp should be there since white lights are to bright.

The room is not very clean, it's hard to get a lock.

Firstly, I booked a Studio apartment. However, when I reached the place and contacted the person in-charge, she said that all her Studio apartments are fully booked, hence she gave me a SOHO. Well I really don't mind because I got a bigger space but the management should have allocated their properties accordingly. What if another customer booked a SOHO but got a Studio apartment instead? Next, the SOHO is not well-maintained at all. I saw baby cockroaches. That made me not want to bring food into the unit. The toilet at the lower floor is in bad condition. The sink pipe was leaking. The unit too smelt like it hasn't been maintained well. The air-conditioner and wifi is not working at all. Luckily there was a fan at the lower floor hence I had to bring it up to the upper floor where the beds were for bedtime. Most epic of all, the whole unit went blackout when I tried to charge my phone at the lower floor next to the TV set. The switch was faulty. Hence I had to switch on the electricity via the circuit box. The towels smelt of body odour too. Pretty bad I could say, it was not as I expected.

The suite was clean with magnificent view and sufficient amenities. It worth the price paid.
