Room 219 Deluxe Executive, the door could be opened by someone else. The double lock was loose and broken. While resting, someone entered the wrong room, which was very disturbing.

My go-to hotel when I return home to Cepu. One of the hotels with a reasonable price for the quality offered.

Unfriendly staff, far room access and poor service. Standard food, only adequate cleanliness, lacking facilities. Honestly need improvement in all aspects. At night it's dark and scary

The hotel staff is friendly, but not enough attention to room cleanliness: there is trash, moldy toiletries, musty room, cockroaches. The food is okay. The outside area of the hotel is artistic but not elderly friendly. The stairs are steep and the distance between the steps is high without a handrail.

Tempatnya kalau dari luar terlihat sangat bagus, tapi dalam kamar sangat kotor, meja banyak kotoran cicak, jendela-jendela banyak kotoran cicak, lantai banyak kotoran cicak, dimana-mana banyak kotoran cicak. Sangat disayangkan hotel sebagus itu tapi kamarnya jorok, pelayanan oke, hanya saja menu sarapan sangat terbatas dan rasanya biasa saja. Dengan harga yang lumayan mahal tapi tidak sesuai yang diharapkan. Cukup sekali saja untuk pengalaman.

3 Rooms, 2 aircon not working, room utensils and amenities not complete, desk phone off, unpleasant (barn) odor, flies at restaurant, elevator not working, reception unprofessional (wifi psw, reataurant location, etc not informed at check in). Prompt response from the maintenance technician.

Location near the terminal, good hotel concept…. But the junior suite rooms are poorly maintained, the refrigerator & phone don't work.

The air conditioner in the room leaks, the bathroom is not clean, the swimming pool is dirty, God willing, it's not worth opening the hotel if the swimming pool can't be used.

The worst hotel throughout our trip, dry toothpaste, only 1 toothbrush, there are insects running through, dirty front like a museum that has never been visited, already booked a long time and asked for a make up room for a child's birthday eh want a surprise to fail completely because the door was broken even though the decor hit an 800 thousand charger, it should have been OK before we entered everything. check in there is no reception, check out the receptionist is not tidy like he hasn't showered and doesn't wear a mask ... paid 1.7 million but like a budget hotel
