The staff is very friendly, and towels, soap, and shampoo are provided. Overall, it's a complete package for around 100,000 Rupiah, and it's worth it.

It is like a capsule hotel. Cheap and the staff is friendly. It is a better option for solo traveling or group traveling who wants to stay together.

The place is nice, the people are friendly, cool, clean, and tidy, don't expect much with a small budget yagesya, it's called a capsule hotel for backpackers hehehe. when it's crowded it's easy to find cheap food, I only stopped by for transit, next time I want to come back again

The room atmosphere is okay, the staff service is friendly, the location is close to Kuta, just walking distance.

The location is very strategic, It has got lift and big locker. However, the bed was a bit small and the bathroom could be cleaner :) .

The customer service staff were not very friendly and I was shouted at "and the point of having a lift is why are you told to take the stairs when you go down to customer service"

Stayed here for 4 nights and honestly really loved it. The location is super strategic, so going anywhere was really easy. The price is quite affordable, but the quality is surprisingly good, way better than I expected. Plus, the receptionist was super super friendly, very helpful, and made the stay feel warm from the start. Overall, great value for money and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Thank you.. I feel satisfied staying at the Borough Capsule Hostel.. I slept here for 10 nights and felt at home.

The bed size is quite large for one person, the water heater works well, the staff is friendly, there is a swimming pool on the rooftop with a view of the sea/Legian/Kuta beach... I slept at the Borough Capsule Hostel for 6 nights and it was really comfortable.

The hostel staff is friendly and welcoming. The pastries are also cheap and delicious.

Highly recommended for budget travelers. The location is very strategic, with easy access to Legian Beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with cool air conditioning, a proper bathroom, a rooftop pool, which I really like. There are plenty of tables for working in the cafe or on the rooftop. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. One thing I think could be improved is that some bathrooms smell bad.

Stayed for 3 days 2 nights in a dorm and it was great. The rooms kept cold, I stayed on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator, the staffs are the best, and the location is nearby to the beach and many cafes and mini markets. Definitely will stay here again in the future 🎉
