Although not wanting to, the check-in experience at this hotel makes the guest uncomfortable... I don't know whose fault it is, but at check-in time... when the guest gives the Treveloca booking email to the hotel receptionist, the response is that there is no such information! The guest will immediately think it's a scam email... and when the person who checks in has not been contacted, the hotel said that there are still rooms available and can check in by themselves... but my check-in is a premium room! When the check-in person calls back from the trevelocal app, the hotel's phone number is searched for the check-in email... and finally said that there is a check-in for the guest... but the guest feels very uncomfortable and wastes time!!!! Really tiring if you are the one checking in for someone else
