Appreciation to the room boy who was responsive to the condition of the clogged drain in the bathroom, without being asked he immediately called the plumber and had it repaired right away.

The story goes that day I went to work, I asked for the room not to be cleaned. When I got home from work, I called housekeeping to ask for the water quota for that day. But I was a little annoyed because the response was yes, but it took 40 minutes for the water to be delivered. So I called the receptionist again, and it was delivered in less than 5 minutes. Otherwise, everything was fine. The staff was friendly.

The food is delicious, and the rooms are neat and clean. It's highly recommended for a staycation with your partner or family, as it's very comfortable.

Staying here is very interesting. It's a must try.

My favorite in Timika. Staff are great. Facilities clean. An extremely noisy AC was my main disappointment. Also I would like to see a bit more variety for breakfast. The fruit was the same every day, and only Rockmelon, Papaya and Snake fruit. Need to add Watermelon, Mango, Apples.

The service is quite good, breakfast is standard, but the bathroom looks dated. If you're hungry at night, there's a delicious fried rice vendor across the street.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights due to a training session in Timika. The hotel staff were friendly. I stayed on the 6th floor. Friday night was quite busy, and the music from (presumably) the 2nd floor was quite loud in my room. There was no hot water at night.

I hope Horison Ultima continues to thrive... I always enjoy vacationing at Horison Ultima... I just want to ask that you pay attention to the hot water, especially if it's not working at night or in the morning, and the cleanliness of the swimming pool, bathrooms, and toilets.

Good service, delicious breakfast with lots of choices... Complete with fruits... The swimming pool is quite clean, we happened to be the first family to take a bath before the other guests joined...

Everything is okay, it's just that I specifically requested a single, but it was full and I ended up getting a twin. When the reservation came in, you should have checked the voucher that was specially requested 👌

The hotel staff is very friendly, not hesitant to welcome and greet guests whenever they pass by. The room is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the facilities in the room are very adequate, the food is also delicious and varied.

If I go to Timika, I like to stay here from the beginning. They can pick me up and drop me off, the driver is friendly. Check in can be done quickly if the room is ready. I recommend Horison Ultima Timika🙏🏻
