Comfortable hotel, okay room, big bed, decent breakfast but maybe could have more variety, best view at breakfast area

Friendly staff and there is a rooftop to sit and relax and enjoy the view of Ambon Bay

All in all an acceptable city center hotel. The rooms lack a bit of charm but at least one wall had a nice painting on it for some added color.

Rooms are basic, no mini fridge but a hot water heater is in the room for coffee. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable

Because of the plastic hanger, they want to charge cash. 100 thousand. Crazy! They said there are wooden hangers in every room. It turns out that the plastic hanger is 1 price. I won't be going back!

Pelayanan hotelnya bagus. Harga juga cukup standar. Makanan breakfastnya enak enak. View dari kamar dan restorannya bagus. Cuma untuk di kamar AC nggak dingin sama sekali. Layar TV juga rusak. Shower air panas ga jadi juga. Ada harga ada kualitas

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The stairs going down and up are not closed but are in an open area, so for those of me who want to exercise lightly, I always use the stairs rather than the elevator, even to the 7th floor or to a place to eat. Of course, the 7th floor is actually only the number in the elevator, while the actual floor is only the 4th floor. I don't really like the shower model because it's right above my head. So when you shower, you have to use a shower cap, which is actually not a problem, but we are in a condition to reduce plastic waste, hehehehe.
