Pros: - Affordable price, quite comfortable bed, - AC is enough for me, not too hot during the day, cold nights. family max with 2 young children. Or 3 adults. Cons: - The bathroom really needs to be cleaned. That's all that makes it uncomfortable. The toilet. - Breakfast can be 2 packs of egg fried rice, but the portion is very slightly thick, only 1 bowl of fried rice is formed.

Plus: -Sudah ada fasilitas pantai dan kamar ganti di dalam penginapan. -Harga lebih rendah dari yang lain. -Dapat aqua botol 2 buah ukuran 1,5L. -Handuk, kasur, sprei bersih. -Ada water boiler, cangkir, kopi teras dengan kursi dan meja. -Sarapan nasi goreng yang lumayan enak. -Ada ayunan, gazebo juga. Minus: -Penginapan bersih tapi kurang terurus, banyak yang terbengkalai dan perlu diperbaiki. -Tidak ada water heater. -Tidak ada toiletries (sabun, sampo, odol, tisu). -Semprotan untuk cebok rusak. -Channel TV ga banyak. -Wifi ga sampe ke kontainer villa.

Dirty slums, not maintained, ac crashes.

Several times staying here, the cottages are always very dirty (bedroom, bathroom, windows, and everything) it's a shame it's not well-maintained even though the place is pretty good if it's clean and well-maintained.

The toilet has no tissue, the wooden floor of the room is peeling off, the bathroom floor is not clean, almost all TV broadcasts are not clear & the signal provider, especially Indosat, doesn't reach the room, the worst thing is the wifi too. Breakfast boring fried rice tastes like soy sauce rice. Worse yet, there are homeless people living in an empty building next to my room & lots of piles of garbage. Not worth it at that price.

The service staff are all very friendly, the response to check out and check in is very fast and professional. Don't forget to stay there, everything functions normally, cool, comfortable and not noisy by passing vehicles and people, the breakfast menu even though it's noon is still delivered. Will not really regret staying here again and will continue to stay there again. Even though the sea is big, you can still enjoy the beauty of the sea

Overall Wisma Kompas Gramedia Karang Bolong is Good. Receptionist was very welcoming, good view, The Room cleanliess is nice, its worth it price.

Great atmosphere and service. This is a week to 2 times staying here, because the children and wife asked to come back to Wisma Kompas. The tree is top.

From the front office, security guard, and cleaning service, they are friendly, polite. The beach area and play area are clean, for the Villa area that I live in, it is clean and tidy, even though the building looks old. But still well-maintained, for the level of customer service it is fast and swift in serving. A month to several times here. Because it's fun, calm and also relaxes.

The cottages are right in front of the beach. Because it's still PSBB, there are only 3 filled cottages, the food is pretty good and the price is quite okay. All the staff are very friendly, maybe you can set aside a little tip for the staff because they are all very friendly. Just recommend if you bring children, there are tree houses, swings, slides, large gardens and of course there is a special beach for guests. Hopefully it can last so we can vacation there again later

Rekomendasi buat jalan-jalan yang low budget, view nya langsung banget ke laut dan cocok banget buat anak kecil karena ada taman bermain. Makanannya juga lumayan murah jadi tidak perlu nyari makan di luar.

Pas pandemi. Murah, fasilitas sesuai dengan yang ditawarkan. Sayang gak ada kolam renangnya. Tapi renang di laut lebih menyenangkan
