Greetings to sister Sudarni Berutu, before booking a room, it's a good idea for you to make a habit of reading the rules of the place where you will book/stay because every guest is obliged to follow the rules that apply at Rome Residence. At Rome Residence we have a rule that for children over 10 years old we are considered adults and are required to add an extra bed. You make a fuss about it at the reception and you say that there are no such rules written online, while Rome residence is very clear about the number of people rules and about the age limits listed on the app. Even when you check out you wet the bed, which means you have damaged the property at the Rome residence and destroyed the paper regulations that were clearly stuck neatly on the wall. That is a very unwise act. Our advice is that if you don't like the rules that have been made, please don't damage the property. Manners are important. Thank You. Best regards. Petugasnya ramah, AC nyala, kamar mandi bersih, dapat selimut, air mineral, handuk dan toiletries juga ada. Untuk ukuran kamar 2 orang ini memang lumayan kecil, tapi tetap nyaman kok.

Kamar sempit kami dewasa 2 dan 1 anak diwajibkan harus pakai extra bed sementara kamar sempit dan tidak layak ditambah extra bed karena sudah dekat sekali pintu kamar mandi. Penginapan tidak recommended dan petugas penginapan jutek sekali.

It doesn't match the price ordered in the application, you can bring a 15 year old child until the hotel is told to add a bed of 75 thousand. I am really disappointed and not satisfied with the service of this hotel. And my parents weren't even given the use of their toilet because they still wanted to check in. I will not stay here again. I regret staying here.

Booking three rooms just for take a rest because we will going to the pandan beach, we arrive arround 11 pm and its rain. For the room its good enough, but the water so slow hehehe. But we enjoy overall. Thank you

The reception section is dirty and rude speaking, fortunately the room is clean so it's a bit treated. The price is quite expensive for such a small room.

Kalau menginap di sini sebaiknya punya kendaraan sendiri karena akses transportasi publik sangat minim. Cuma ada 1 penjual sarapan di depan gerbangnya, itupun sangat seadanya 😁. Sinyal Telkomsel kurang bagus di dalam kamar. Password wifi kalau tidak diminta ya tidak diberitahu, pas minta password, katanya internet sedang terganggu 😁. Jadi, menginap di sini benar-benar hanya untuk tidur saja. Untuk tidur, cukup nyamanlah, tenang.
