BEWARE!! While the staff was kind, they live off-site, leaving the hotel completely unsupervised. The reality of the property is a shabby, unmaintained, and run-down building that is radically different from the promotional pictures. The location is poor, deep within an (nearly) inaccessible, isolated road. it honestly feel like a scam.

Villa ini memang villa lama yang kurang terurus. Tapi dengan harga yang sesuai, cukuplah bisa dinikmati. Berasa di rumah sendiri dan ternyata pengurus villa adalah mantan mahasiswa dulu 🫶.

The fact that the villa after the visit does not match what is advertised / photographed. The swimming pool is green (mossy), the villa yard is not cleaned (leaves are scattered), the bathroom is not clean (the toilet is dirty, the shower handle on the bathtub is loose (during the visit the water in the bathroom was not on, they said 'it will turn on when it's gone)' stay there ' why wait for us to stay there before turning it on?).

Very disappointing! Not a recommendation for those who want to stay here so that they don't become lazy like me!

The place is quite clean. The staff is very helpful even if a little. I booked a trip to Menjangan Island and it was suddenly canceled when I arrived in Buleleng. The staff immediately helped me find another trip & the trip was satisfying too.

The room was clean, there was no water coming out of the tap, the clerk did not know where it had gone, maybe it was covid. Village atmosphere and mountain views.

The swimming pool is dead and poorly maintained, the yard is a mess.

The place is beautiful and peaceful, suitable for those who don't like crowds.

Awesome experience. The accomodation look exactly like the pictures: spacious, comfy, and super clean. Breakfast was delicious. Surely will stay again soon.

The drawbacks: hard beds, broken bathroom doors, smooth leaky bathtubs, hot shower water is not always hot (limited), swimming pools are not maintained (dirty.)

Nice villa, clean comfortable, nice view, recommended for those of you who want a vacation.

Quite nice and comfortable in accordance with the price offered. Only the entrance to the hotel is quite far and narrow.

Very small parking lot, hot water wasn't tuned on when we stayed there, minimalist breakfast, located on a strictly 1-car road, outdoor bathroom with comfortable bath tub (they have head rest on it!)
