recommended, clean environment and not noisy even though it is close to people's houses, and strategic from the center of Jogja tourist attractions, sad to have to go back to Jakarta, next time hopefully I can stay longer in Jogja and stay here again

The room is right on the edge of the alley and is connected to a resident's house. So it feels like you're in your own village. In the morning, there's a fried food stall. So you don't have to go far to find breakfast. The atmosphere is safe and comfortable. Exiting the alley is the center of gudeg.

Good facilities, clean, comfortable rooms, fast and smooth wifi, clear TV, Android, can use YouTube, places that sell food nearby, recommended to stay here 👍

Access if you want to go to the Tugu and Malioboro area is close and the location is in the culinary center of Gudeg, the northern square of the palace. For the mattress, maybe you can't get a springy one, because moving a little makes you shake and feel dizzy. But overall, it is recommended for staying with a minimalist budget and getting adequate facilities.

The place is really hidden, hidden gem. The location is strategic near the north square and next to the Sonobudoyo museum. Entering the alley, the atmosphere is calm, it feels like you are a local resident blending in. The guards are very friendly, the rooms are always cleaned if you change days without being asked. Cold AC, smart TV, but only towels provided. Wifi is okay but disconnects and the shower water is a bit small. Luckily buckets and dippers are provided for a quicker alternative to showering.

Close to the gudeg center and Malioboro. Just walk 5 minutes. Next, definitely come here again if you need a place to stay. For those looking for a cheap homestay but with star hotel class facilities and comfort, it is highly recommended.

Let it be in the alley but the place is comfortable, want to go to malioboro/beringharjo nearby, bring the kids comfortably here, the place is clean, get out of the central alley of gudeg..

Penginapannya bersih, rapih, wangi. Kamarnya luas, kamar mandinya bersih. Pemiliknya juga ramah. Kamar selalu di bersihkan/dirapikan. Dan setiap hari di beri air mineral & handuk bersih, speinya bersih & wang. TV & AC berfungsi dengan baik. Terima kasih. Maaf ga ada foto kamarnya, lupa foto kamarnya waktu masih rapi.

Homestay nya cukup ideal, budget hemat tetapi menjadi pilihan akomodasi terbaik. Dekat dengan wisata kuliner gudeg, Alun -alun utara,

Kesan pertama adalah kamarnya wangi dan bersih. Sprei dan bantalnya pun wangi. Saya datang keluarga 4 orang, pemilik langsung inisiatif diberi kamar connecting room. Ukuran kamar memang tidak terlalu besar tapi menurut saya nyaman apalagi yang hanya sekedar butuh tempat istirahat. Saat datang disediakan handuk 2 dan minum. AC kamar dingin meski agak butuh waktu 1-2 jam hingga suhu kamar dingin. Lokasi strategis dekat sentra gudeg, keraton, alun alun. Cari sarapan pun mudah, ada banyak deket alun alun tinggal jalan kaki sebentar. Suasana sekitar penginapan juga tenang. Padahal saya menginap malam minggu, dan lokasi penginapan memang di dalam perumahan tapi benar benar tenang. Warga sekitar juga ramah. The only minus is the smell of the toilet because it smells like sewage, yes, the location is a little bit in an alley but close to the palace and Malioboro.

Untuk kebersihan sih perfecto, soalnya kamar sama toiletnya bersih dan wangi. Tempat cukup strategis, dekat dengan beberapa destinasi wisata unggulan Yogyakarta. Pelayanannya pun demikian bagusnya, owner nya ramah dan helpful. Worth it banget dengan price segitu lah. Terakhir, mungkin next bisa disediakan heater dan tv nya sudah bisa connect internet semua supaya pelanggannya sama-sama bisa merasakannya.
