ok good recommendation

first time trying to stay here, got room no. 514 hotel staff & security are friendly, very helpful check in / check out is fast, doesn't take long not far from the hotel there are many places to eat / shops / pharmacies, so you don't get confused when looking for food etc. minus: - room cleanliness is improved, there is a spider's nest near the lamp on the right side of the bed, go upstairs - tissue is very economical, looks like it's not refilled, aka used before, especially the tissue in the toilet - family room for 4 guests should have 4 sandals, 4 towels, 4 toothbrushes, 4 glasses & more tea / coffee / sugar, the point is to adjust it to the number of guests, if towels / glasses & stuff / sandals are okay even though they are given 2, if toothbrushes should be for each person - blankets still have stains all ok, comfortable, there are chairs on the front porch to sit while sunbathing, there are also shady trees so fresh air, recommended thank you 🙏🏼

Good facilities, clean pool and not sore in the eyes. Very pleasant atmosphere, comfortable, clean air. next time may go there again 😌

This is my third stay here. Very satisfying. The location is easy to reach, the rooms are clean and spacious for the family room, the yard is clean, the environment is comfortable for jogging.

Affordable hotel with very good facilities in Trawas

Check in took a long time, more than 2 o'clock, then got the room, the room was nice but the floor was still wet because it had just been cleaned. If you bring a car, you can park in front of the room. The swimming pool has a mountain view. There are umbrellas if it rains.

Fast check in, friendly, I wanted to get a room above the swimming pool but they were sold out, I got one superior room from Traveloka, btw.....nice, big room....arayanna, on weekends, there are often no rooms, huh....

Ssuukkkaa with the vibes, the mountain view is really beautiful, especially when the fog descends. Masyaallah, the atmosphere is calming, the room is spacious, the swimming pool is spacious and clean, the food is delicious at a price that is not pricey, the mix platter is so addictive, the little ones fought over it until they ordered 3 portions 🤭 the staff is very friendly, thank you so much for your hospitality, recommended hotel, God willing, we'll be right back.

Hot water for bathing is hard to come by, always lacking. Even at night. Because it is often used for gatherings, it becomes noisy due to the sound of activities. Lack of staff in the hotel area, so if you want to ask or request help with something you have to go to the front office or call through the room first. The mineral water provided in the room (family) is too small, only 2 bottles of 330ml.
