The experience of staying in an inappropriate place, small water, the air conditioner is not cold, many buildings are damaged, complaints are not responded to, regret staying at this place.

Service and room facilities are not satisfactory.

Saat cek-in receptionist memberitahukan kamar katanya sudah full booked, padahal saya sudah booked dari siang dan sudah terbayar, lalu diberikan kamar yang tidak sesuai dengan gambar, toilet kotor bukan shower tapi bak kolam, tv tidak nyala, ac tidak nyala, saya minta refund tapi tidak bisa, lalu dipindah kamar di kamar standard padahal saya booked one bedroom villa hanya mendapat kompensasi extra bed yang tipis sekali, padahal saya meminta kompensasi dana karena kamar kan sudah diturunkan levelnya, saat di kamar baru pun ACnya tidak ada remote ACnya harus nunggu kamar sebelah untuk pinjam remote, bukan shower room, saat pagi lampu mati terus air mati terus, duh saya kecewa banget, pelayanan pelayan dari receptionist sampe securitynya minus sekali, fasilitas sudah tua sekali dan tidak sesuai dengan harga yang sudah saya bayarkan, gak lagi-lagi deh ke sini.
