Nội thất hoài cổ, tầm nhìn ôm trọn khúc sông Hoài thơ mộng. Rất tiếc, vì chỉ lưu trú quá ngắn nhưng cũng đủ lắp đầy những bước chân trên con phố dọc bờ sông. Hội An đêm 16 AL nhấp nháy đèn lồng, hoa đăng và ánh trăng tròn vành vạnh... Chia tay Hoi An trong không gian tĩnh lặng của sớm chớm thu, như níu giữ, như bịn rịn... Hẹn gặp lại nhé, Lantana!

Lovely small resort with swimming pool, about 1.5km from the center of the old town - walking a bit far, I rented a bicycle to go. Breakfast buffet is average, not varied but understandable. The room I chose has a balcony, overlooking the river. Room a bit old and dusty. And the worst part is that the air conditioner is extremely weak, the resort needs to maintain the air conditioner. I stayed for 1 night so I don't comment with the resort.

Các anh chị nhân viên vô cùng dễ thương. Phòng theo phong cách Việt Nam xưa nên khá hợp vibe với mình.

Phòng nhỏ và cũ, tường bị nứt, đường vào khó khăn. Phòng rất xấu.

Vị trí xa trung tâm, mình đã từng ở rất nhiều nơi 4-5 sao nên đánh giá cơ sở vật chất chỉ tầm 2-3 sao thôi chứ 4 sao thì chưa đạt. Không những thế dịch vụ chưa được chu đáo, set up thiếu khăn mặt gọi lễ tân mang lên mà nói thật mang lên cái khăn nhìn không khác gì giẻ lau. Khăn trắng ngả màu ngà ngà, sợi bông xổ hết cả, thua cái khăn lau bếp ở nhà mình, vậy mà cũng mang lên đưa khách lau mặt, thiếu tôn trọng thật sự. Đặt phòng hướng sông nhưng khách sạn set up cho tầng 2, mở cửa toàn cây với cối, hỏi thì bảo set up sẵn rồi không đổi được phòng ở tầng cao hơn. Nói chung là với giá hơn 900k/ đêm mình thấy phí tiền. Sẽ không quay lại nếu có dịp ghé lại Hội An. Điểm cộng duy nhất là gần Hoa Hiên Restaurant, quán cơm Hội An view đẹp và chất lượng đồ ăn ổn, giá phù hợp so với view và chất lượng đồ ăn (không rẻ, không đắt).

Lễ Tân ở đây không được nhiệt tình lắm, nhận phòng khá là bẩn nhưng phụ vụ dọn phòng lại rất nhiệt tình thay và xin lỗi nên có thể bỏ qua. Có lễ Tân không được nhiệt tình lắm

Everything is good, not excellent. But in return, all the staff are very cute and supportive.

The attitude, service attitude of the staff are very good. Room was clean and comfortable, but breakfast was not very good.

We have been greeted and check in by Operation Manager, she have been very well care and introduce us as much as information for us to enjoy 2 days at Hoi An. Definitely the extra mile and beyond our expectation. Positive: - the room is clean and we booked the room with river view, very calm - the hotel location is very good - the staff at breakfast is very uplifting to our preference beverage Constructive: - the staff could be train more and confidence with the service.

Service very good. The staff is open minded. New, airy and very clean room. Just outside the old town center and the road is a bit narrow, but the car is still accessible to the hotel.

I've stayed there 3 nights during my business trip in Hoi An. It was great atmosphere here with friendly and supportive staffs. They have their sister - hotel: Lantana Boutique Hotel and they also have great service either. It was worth the time to be come back here.
