The hotel is located on an isolated island. Travel by private boat every 30 minutes 24/7, so it is suitable for those who only need to relax, but if you want to explore, it is a bit inconvenient, the boat is often crowded. There is a free sauna and jacuzzi.

I have stayed at Vinpearl Ha Long 5 times, but this time I was very disappointed because the rooms were old, the view was bad, etc.

The hotel is clean, spacious, airy, enthusiastic staff, ok amenities, the room soundproofing is a bit bad, the sounds from outside and inside can be heard very clearly.

Buffet food needs to be more diverse. Food and entertainment services for children need to be expanded.

Came for the 5th time but this time was the most disappointing because it was so bad. When I arrived at the check-in location, the TV greeted me with a man's name while I was a woman. Looking down at the floor, the hair of the previous guest was falling out a lot. It seemed like the staff here did not vacuum the floor. I will never come again because it was so bad.

- Traveloka's hotel receipt says "Surcharges may apply to children over 11 years old sharing a room with an adult." but the title below says surcharges for children over 4 years old. It feels like the information is unclear and unprofessional. The buffet is pretty bad for the price. Otherwise it's okay
