I actually wanna rate the first night with "So-so" (Because there is no option between "Awesome" and "Unsatisfying"). I checked in late at around 8 or 9 pm. I booked 2 family rooms (upto 3 persons each room). But I got an upgrade of one room into the room that is different to others (called Gajah Room) and free breakfast for 3 persons. It is a wooden mini house, with pretty similar facilities with the family room. One remaining room was still the same tho. The problems were, the upgraded room had a dysfunction bathtub, it cannot fulfill the tub no matter how long I wait. The next morning was raining. I had an extra bed in this room. But the roof was shockingly leaking, so the raindrops occurred at some spots. Thankfully, I was already awake at that time. The other problem happened at the other room. There were some colony of ants near the bathroom (but it was solved when we complained) and no curtain at the bathroom area near Bathtub (this one was not quite a big deal because none of us used bathtub), then this room is actually for 3 persons, with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. But it is 1 king bed and 1 extra bed. It felt different. We don't really feel upset about this, because the staffs are quite nice and helpful, and they felt sorry too, but I suggest to keep the room available though the customers were late check-in, even I actually confirmed to this place that I will check-in late. Then, we still have another booking in this place with a different booking number/bill for the second night here. Also, the second night was very good, no problem at all, check my next review of the second night.
