The hotel staff was friendly, the hot water was off on the second day, what if they forgot to turn it on? Everything else was ok, but because our room was at the end, the noise from passing vehicles was still very noticeable.

Definitely the hotel that I'd love to come back when I visit Manado. I love the ambiance of the hotel area, the staff are nice, they let me early check in as I had waited for half an hour. Thank you. The security was friendly too. Strong Wi-Fi. Super safe for female solo traveler. My suggestion is the staff should have more connections/information to some activities group like dive clubs/bike rentals/outdoor recommendations. It helps a lot for the guests. Pengamalan menginap di tempat ini sangat menyenangkan. Staff-nya sangat ramah dan membantu. Penginapan sangat bersih, bahkan hingga ke laci/lemari. Tersedia handuk, shampoo dan sabun. Plus ada balkon dikamar. Untuk harga seperti ini, penginapan ini sangat melebihi ekspektasi.

Akomodasi yang nyaman, kamar yang bersih dan rapi, terdapat shower yang bisa menggunakan air dingin atau panas, disediakan juga handuk, sabun dan sampo, ada jemuran juga yang bisa kita gunakan untuk menjemur jika kita perlu mencuci pakaian sendiri. Menyediakan menu makanan dengan harga yang murah. Dekat dengan mesjid dan sewa motor (Vallery Rent). Di hari kedua, karyawan-nya pun menawarkan untuk membersihkan kamar yang mana ini bagus sehingga kamar selalu bersih. Karyawan-nya juga baik dan ramah. Saya senang bisa mendapatkan fasilitas yang nyaman dengan harga yang terjangkau. Ada sedikit saran, mungkin akan lebih baik jika disediakan sikat dan pasta gigi dan hanger untuk menggantungkan pakaian di lemari. Terima kasih atas pelayanan.

Really recommended. If you want to find a quiet place to stay, this is the place. This is a great accommodation for plus-plus, it's really great. It turns out the reviews are true. Great service. The mattress smells clean, no smoking. One of the best accommodation in Manado.

Sesuai dengan review, cukup mengesankan, kamar dan seluruh ruangan mulai dari lobby bersih dan teratur, kamar mandi bersih, fasilitas kamar cukup lengkap dengan handuk bersih, sabun shampo, belum ada teko air panas, sikat gigi & sendal kamar, kalau dilengkapi jadi hotel bintang 3, secara kebersihan lebih baik dari kebanyakan hotel bintang 2 &3, pelayanan ramah, 3 jempol. Tempat tidur single cukup luas untuk 1 orang sehingga orang tua saya yang lansia cukup nyaman. Kekurangan: Krei/gorden kamar mandi sudah sobek. Terima kasih untuk Primaesa & agen online.
