Beautiful, spacious room, cool, fresh, quiet atmosphere. The receptionists and staff are very gentle and enthusiastic. But I criticize the breakfast buffet food in the restaurant for having too few dishes and not being delicious at all. The hotel is a bit deep inside, so going to outside restaurants is a bit inconvenient, and the food on the restaurant menu in the hotel is a bit small, expensive, and not to my taste.

Great location and not too far away from the ancient town. Walking distance. The room is clean and comfortable however the food is horrible. They need to be focus more on the breakfast buffet and ala carte. The f&b really need help right there.

This accommodation is really pretty with great service! The staff are nice and friendly with a good level of communication in English. The only down side is that the facilities are a bit old. The air conditioner isn't working as expected, and the water temperature is hard to control (water turns hot all the time even though we use the cold pipe).

It was a lot of money to book, bad wifi, dirty floors and too dirty pool, moss, poor breakfast. Will never come back and will not recommend it to anyone else.

My family enjoyed it here, we had a very happy and quiet vacation, very satisfied

New hotel built quite new rooms. However, the soundproofing was not good, especially when staying in the room, kept hearing the sound of walking, roaring in the room above. The waiters are not very enthusiastic, only focus on foreign guests, but Vietnamese guests are avocado. When I checked out, the staff asked me to wait to check the room, let me wait 50p after I came to ask, then I started to check out for me. Swimming pool is not very large. View too few photos. The location is quite far from the old town and the sea, so traveling is quite inconvenient.

Beautiful hotel, enthusiastic staff, about 10 minutes' drive from Hoi An old town. Good food, clean swimming pool, nice view, clean room. If there is a chance to come back.

Expect a lot here because 4 stars and the price is not cheap but feel a bit disappointed, the staff is not professional. The receptionist did not pay any attention to request when booking room, so when checking in, it is not necessary to wait for another room. The hotel is quite dull, there is no angle to take pictures. the room is too low ceiling and not soundproof so listen to noise above and outside, especially when on the toilet, smell in the toilet. Breakfast seems ok, but Asian stalls are quite boring, full of vegetables, like every fruit and juice. slightly disappointed in general

Good service and the staff is kind

Brand new hotel, brand new staff and brand new room, I didn't enjoy the middle thing but the other two were decent. Ms. Hue in front desk was a pure joy to talk to and she handled every request at ease. Great job!
