Location is good as it is away from the busy city area. Breakfast spread is a lot and delicious. Ample parking space so we did not waste time finding a spot. However, hotel should improve the condition of the bathroom especially the shower. Shower head was broken and faucet was leaking.

Hotel biasa-biasa je. Rating kemain 8/10 tapi banyak jugak yang tak memuaskan. Aircond leaking, phone tak function, breakfast basic sahaja. Tiada apa yang istimewa. Yang pasti tak akan repeat stay. Thank you

Apartment style room. Room was OK. Location is in AYer Keroh. I love the breakfast spread. Breakfast is at Ames Hotel, just behind MetraSquarel. There are convenience store, Old Town and other restaurants in the same building.

Highly recommended. Spacious apartment with an affordable price. My favourite place to stay in melaka even though it’s a little bit far from the city but I don’t mind at all. Very comfortable and suitable for a family trip. It’s not as noisy as the hotel in the city. Also provide a free parking space.

Satisfied, spacious room, duplex room suitable for 5 adults & 2 children, suitable for 2 families & have privacy respectively, grumpy hotel staff, only aircond part problem in bed, aircond only hit the legs only, bathroom comfortable, at first the water was a bit yellow, after that the water was ok and clear again, maybe a long time ago since pkp 😊 overall very satisfied, can repeat coming, breakfas is also the best & very comfortable food hall.

The room is clean and tidy. Great hospitality from the staff. Only hallway lights not turning on during our check-in.

The second time you sit here, this is the only room where there are many fire ants. Any room is ok, the staff is very nice too.

The place is a bit lonely, perfect for those who have just set up household and small families. No interruption, okay food, good taste and lots of choices too.

It was a short stay because we arrive late at night and we just need a night to stay before a raya event on the next day. Totally unexpected the room is that small with twin beds. The room, toilet is all not well clean. Totally not comfortable. Blood stain on the comforter. Bad smell the moment I enter the room. I sprayed febreeze all over the room. The most disappointed was the iron provided is very lousy and burn my cloth. I didn't complain to the management because we don't want to waste our time and I am sure nothing much they can do.

The hot water is not working, the door is loudly annoying, the rooms are not as pictured.
