Initially I was happy to stay at this villa, the staff of the friendly check-in fare differs from the friendly check-out fitting staff! We were rushed to check-out which indirectly was like being kicked out by their subtle ways! And after I checked out there was a kimono / cardigan lace my sister left in the villa, Pas I phone to confirm their staff said no one left but my sister sure if kimono / cardigan lacenya left in the villa! After we pass the check the villa staff tetep say no until we check into the villa does not exist and my sister asked for compensation to the Villa manager for losing kimono but we were told to check again into the villa (the 2 times check) by their staff and The kimono is in the bin! I think the staff there are taking my sister's kimono but after we ask for compensation and maybe one of the staff who took the fear of cut salary then returned the kimono by the way in taro in the trash! Very disappointing and very frustrating for my family to be treated with their staff, because of the deeds of their staff I am sure will not want to stay at Gili Khayangan villa again. thank you

Everything was perfect except the location is a little bit far from the central. The staff are very friendly.
