I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The friendly staff welcomed me from the very beginning and were always ready to assist me with a smile. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and fast. I appreciated their effort to reduce plastic bottle usage by providing a water dispenser. The only downside was the donuts I purchased in the lobby; they simply didn’t suit my taste.

Excellent service, rooms with attractive interior designs, and wholehearted and friendly service. The menu offers a wide variety of food, and easy access to everything in the city. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely return for the impeccable service. Thank you for your excellent service.

The hotel staff was very friendly and I was allowed an early check-in at 12. The room was comfortable & clean and the breakfast menu was delicious & varied.

The comfort of the hotel room is very good and the room is of course very cool.

We arrived around 11am but were already allowed to check in. We were very grateful to the staff, I forgot their names, who were very helpful. Even at night, we asked for help cleaning the room because there were children so it got dirty quickly, and they helped us quickly. Sister Nurul also helped us at the restaurant, serving us very kindly. Thank you Aloft, all the staff are very helpful and friendly.

A bit of a hassle at first, but ended up changing rooms because the AC was hot. Room service has been improved. Breakfast is excellent. The menu is comprehensive and the restaurant staff are helpful.

Friendly hotel staff and fast service

Stayed in room 9003, right next to the storage or service elevator. It was very noisy, with loud bangs and equipment. It was very annoying because the noise was so loud and distracting. Food was 7/10. I ordered torch ginger fried rice, which was delicious, but the meat was tough and couldn't be chewed. Aside from those issues, the service was good, the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Michele at the front desk during check-in and Syakila at the restaurant.
