Everything is ok, but the noise from outside is very disturbing...cleaner please clean under the bed, there is a lot of hidden dust.

The hotel is okay...in the Bandar Lahad Datu area...it's okay to sleep and rest.

Located in Bandar Perdana and outside the city center. Quick and friendly check-in service. The room is not big but suitable for a couple. The furniture is quite old but still in good condition. An iron and water heater for coffee are provided. Eating places are easy and available around the hotel.

Had an okay 1-night stay. The total experience was just mediocre. I'm of the opinion that the aircond needs a major service - took roughly an hour plus to cool the room. You know there's something wrong when the hotel lobby felt more comfortable than the room itself. The staff also ain't friendly during my stay. The only plus points for this hotel are the location and the breakfast selection.

Worth for the price charged to me.

Sometimes some people travel on an official and need to claim back the accommodation expenses but when we check in via online no receipt issued and it will be a problem for the officer to claim back.
