Had a nice stay here! The rooms were cool and clean, and the staff are friendly. And there's a ping pong table that my cousin and I played at near the gym, which is really fun.

Check in time too long, I need wait longer than I should, they inform to wait for 20 min after 20 min, I ask the room and theu repeat the same answer 😭.

I was re moved 3 times during my stay, the front desk put me on the room which are in the next room was renovation in-progress and this impacted to my allergic to dust, its not comfortable and got problem with my asthma.

Very recommended hotel, sangat bersih dan nyaman mulai dari lobby, kamar ada balkon dengan pintu geser yang besar. Restoran dengan makanan yang enak dan kolam renang yang hangat dan nyaman. Staf yang sangat ramah dan very helpful. Menyesal hanya stay 3 hari di sini dan kemudian pindah kehotel lain. Akan kembali kesini jika visit Bali kembali.

I was very disappointed with the parking problem, as I understand that it is not possible to park a car in the hotel area, just drop it off, but when I wanted to arrive, my car was told to park on the side of the road, while unloading my suitcase, the road was narrow and dark , even though in the hotel area there is an empty place for drop off, but it cannot be used, because for the GM of the hotel, my question is, is the GM more important than customer comfort?

I had a good, enjoyable and pleasant stay in here. The guest service officers, valets, breakfast and room service staffs were very very friendly. They really made sure that all my needs were fulfilled. They responsed fast and really work with full heart. Cheers to Mr. Sam, the operating managers who greeted me every morning and provided me with excellent service. I will definetely come back! # 217Jevelyn:).

They have a delicious breakfast. The check in process took a while for my family. We did arrive early, expecting our room can be ready before 3PM. Unfortunately that was not happen. My other room ready after 3PM.

Room is clean and quite spacious. Breakfast is delicious and during my stay (2times breakfast) the menu was different. It is unique that they provide indomie for breakfast. The location also quite nice. A small issue was just one of the staffs that take care of my check in process didn't have a friendly face expression:) so I was reluctant to ask her if my rooms are ready or not (I did an early check in and my rooms were not ready).
