I love being at a high altitude, and booking a room on the 8th floor was fantastic! 😍 The staff at the counter were all kind and lovely. There are lots of restaurants near the hotel entrance and a 7-Eleven nearby, which is great! 🫶🏻

The hotel is clean, but it's a bit far to get to Ramkhamhaeng Road.

Recommended for its affordable price, large rooms, and convenient location. A Bolt taxi is readily available. It's located on a main road but requires entering a side street. Easy access from Suvarnabhumi Airport. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious with large beds. Bathroom rating: 7.5/10.

Quite satisfied... the room was nice... the staff were enthusiastic, and the room was very comfortable.

The accommodation is inexpensive, but the bedding doesn't seem to be changed regularly; it's dark, old, and looks unclean. The sheets are wrinkled and stained. The breakfast is of average quality, nothing special compared to other places.

Max 2 stars hotel. Bed and AC were good, but there were cockroaches in the room and the shower smelled of mold. The showerhead needed to be removed because it was so dirty.

Good value for money. Overall cleanliness was good, but there were a lot of flies in the bathroom, cobwebs and dust around the water heater, and the bed wasn't very clean, with stains on the bed and pillows.

The view was pretty good, and we opened the door to see the swimming pool. The staff were lovely.

I enjoyed my stay at Livotel and found the hotel to be quite comfortable and convenient. The room was clean, tidy, and suitable for resting. The staff were friendly and provided good service during my stay. The location was also easy to access, which made traveling around more convenient. Overall, it was a nice experience and I would recommend Livotel for a short stay.

Friendly staff, very spacious room, very good breakfast, overall cleanliness. There are like 3 7-Eleven 5-10 minutes walking distance from the hotel and a few local restaurants, but not the most accessible area to walk around. The pool was pretty small with only two beds. There are also laundry and dryer machines in the hotel.

It was terrible, starting with the reception staff. The room itself was old and run-down; the light bulbs were broken, the air conditioner kept malfunctioning, and the remote was broken. I couldn't contact staff by phone; the number on the manual was switched off. I had to keep walking up and down the stairs to get help.

Everything was good, convenient for watching sports at Rajamangala Stadium.

The hotel opens for check-in from 2 p.m. onwards, so those who arrive early may have to wait a bit. However, there are plenty of seats available, so it's not crowded.

Overall, it's okay, but I'd like to see some improvement in cleanliness. The location is very good, there's a lot of food, and it's convenient for travel. If I come to a concert next time, I'd like to stay here again, but I really want the hotel to improve on cleanliness.
