I've stayed here twice, and what keeps me coming back is the extremely friendly service, the quiet location, and the lack of traffic noise, even though it's located in a big city like Yogyakarta. It's perfect for those looking for a peaceful stay.

The hotel is spacious, the rooms and parking are okay, the bathroom is big but a little less clean, otherwise it's okay.

The room is very big for 3 of us staying. There is a living room too.

The toilet is dirty, the shower is dead and dusty and it seems like it has never been repaired.

the location is quite okay, the car park is very spacious, the room seems to need renovation, the wall paint is peeling, the sheets have dirty stains, the room tiles are dirty and the bathroom tiles have moss so the floor is slippery, there are spider webs in the corners of the room and lastly the TV doesn't work because there is no signal

It's really dirty, there are lots of mosquitoes, the toilet looks like it's never been cleaned, the toilet floor is full of spider webs and there are even centipedes in the bathroom 😭 I hope it can be better.

The room was dirty, there were stains on the walls, the paint on the walls and ceiling was peeling, the hot water in the bathroom was off, the ceiling was almost collapsed. There was only 1 dirty towel.

When ordering via the application at 11 am, there was no twin room type menu. So we still ordered a queen type room but with a special request for a 2 bed type. And the receptionist said there was, you could. But when I wanted to check in at 2 o'clock, I wanted to enter the room, the bed was still queen and the receptionist said it depended on the message in the application. Hmmm. And when I checked at 2 o'clock, it was in the application, the twin was available. In the afternoon the type disappeared again. So it depends completely at that time. You know, don't say yes. As far as I know, special requests can be taken into consideration to provide the best service to consumers. Outdoor AC is in the bathroom. Hot, weird. Apart from that, it's okay, the room is clean.

I really liked staying at the RedDoorz hotel near campus 3 UTY Yogyakarta, even though at first I was confused looking for the hotel where it turned out to be the same as the Citra Hotel. The room is clean, the toilet is clean, so get a towel, 2 bottles of drinking water and soap and the best thing is that in the room there are 2 benches and a table if you want to relax in the room and there is also a dressing table if you want to get up first. before going for a walk and for smokers outside the room there are also benches and tables where you can smoke in front of the room. The ladies when I first entered were kind and very friendly. But I don't like the ladies who exchanged from another hotel this morning, who were very rude and very rude and weren't very friendly. But it's still the best hotel for teenagers with a limited budget. It's really recommended, you won't regret staying here.

Tipe family: kamar luas 1 bed king, 2 bed singgle, ada meja tamu (tapi kotor), kamar mandi ada bathtub+ shower, kamar mandi terhitung kotor seperti tidak dibersihkan, untuk harga segitu terhitung mahal dengan fasilitas yang didapet, pas dateng malem air panas tidak fungsi, baru pagi hari kerasa hangat saja tidak panas, AC menyala dengan baik, tempat strategis di tengah kota, banyak jajanan makanan yang harganya terhitung murah.
