The homestay owner was very unfriendly. Due to some problems, she hadn't received payment for our booking (fully paid by credit card). She should have worked with agent regarding this issue but she was very pissed off and asked me to show her my booking ID. She didn't allow to bring any food in the room and asked us to check out before 12pm, which is the standard check-out time, so that she can prepare the room for next guests. There was no complimentary bottles of water in the room either. The location, however, was great! In conclusion, we won't choose Lantern Riverside next time, bad services, very unfriendly. There are plenty choices of hotels with good location and great service. Especially if you're Vietnamese, I strongly recommend to choose another hotels in the area.

The first time I booked a deluxe hotel room, there was an additional charge of 2 children under 6 years old with the reason that when booking my room without notes, there are children attached, the room price is more than 700k excluding breakfast, wifi closed the room. extremely slow. The host attitude is very uncomfortable. When I arrived in Danang, the price was 750k / night including breakfast, the hotel had a swimming pool, children's playroom, free movie room. I did not book a room in Da Nang, I did not notice that there are children but children under 6 are completely free. Service staff from the door. Fortunately, I only stayed in Hoi An 1 night, not inhibited, if not because I had transferred the room money before, we went to find another hotel. I advise you not to stay in this homestay to avoid frustration ruining your wonderful vacation.

Rooms are clean, equipment is very new. Single room more beautiful than double room.
