I stayed in room 201. I received my room at 3pm. Entering the reception hall, there was no one to assist. Called and did not answer. When I called to check in, the owner said ok. Waited for another 20 minutes and no one greeted me, I called one more time, he said that no one had booked that day. I'm so tired of showing him the booking information on the app, he told me if this app is an official app, it's okay without the check-in information. Sitting for another 10 minutes waiting for me on the phone, he still wouldn't let me check in and he suddenly shouted if my name was Tien. Say it right. He found that he booked a room but the app sent a confirmation email not as usual and then he took the tool to clean the room. The two of us were so hungry that we went out to find something to eat about 30 minutes later, we still couldn't get the room because the room was not cleaned. After sitting for a while, the photo was released to the room. Step into the moldy room, the sheets and everything in the room are very bad. The toilet is like a disco with white lights, the wash table is clogged with water.... not like in the picture but the app is up. Utterly disappointed. In the hotel book, breakfast is included, but actually in the mornings, I didn't know what the food was, so the two of us went to find another food. Stayed there for 2 days but met or even bit the owner's name. In general, my experience in Hue was a complete failure from the plane. Go to the hotel. Came to the rental car and everything And was very unhappy because of the very slow response from the app.... lost hope a lot
