The room smells clean and I am very satisfied.

no mineral water when i visit i must go to shop area buy mineral water

The AC is quite cold but the room is not soundproof.

Room is clean, location is good. But the room space is a bit small, if two paxs bringing a huge luggage each, you are not able to pack/unpack luggage at the same time due to limited space. Only one mirror available in toilet. Toilet door is almost transparent.

Room is smaller than expected. Our two luggages already occupy most of the floor space. Check in was slow bcz the receptionist works almost on a snail-pace manner. Breakfast is not worth it if you book with the hotel. Can get better breakfast out of the hotel or at the cafe below the hotel (this is pricier).

Comfort hotel. Comfortable bed. Nearby Aeon Mall.

No toothbrush in 2 days I stayed :(

Located in a rather quite part of town. Fret not, there's a few eateries around while Aeon and Tesco are also only a stone's throw away. Room is very clean and functional only problem is the water pressure at night, it becomes slow. Otherwise the stay was very good. Bare in mind their lobby shares with Brava Cafe.

Very nice and helpful staff. Clean room and smells nice. Totally worth the price and surely comeback. Don't forget to apply their membership to get more benefits.

All ok, only hotel if the night is noisy because of the noise from outside, loud music from the pub.

The place is good for short stay. The only problem is the surrounding is quite noisy with the sound of water heater from next room's bathroom
