The tenants are very nice, the place is very spacious, perfect for families with children. There are cutlery and a sink, and it's just a short walk to the beach. 👍😍🔥

I was a little confused when I first arrived; there was no receptionist on duty. However, it was monitored by CCTV and check-in was done via WhatsApp. The environment and condition of the house were fine, and it was family-friendly.

Not worth it if you do it alone or with two people, except for family.

Affordable and great place. Near Pasir Putih Sirih Beach, Karang Meong Beach, and Cibeureum Beach.

Plus: Spacious mezzanine-style room, easy walking distance to several beaches (200-800m), close to the mosque/market/Alfamart, easy to find food, there is a gallon of mineral water + dispenser. Minuses: Dirty on the door (cobwebs), wardrobe (dust), faucet. The toilet shower is only attached so it is easy to remove & water comes out only through 3 holes. After I poked a needle, some holes came out (clogged due to dirt), the ladle is worn out, there is only 1 towel in a room with 2 beds for 4 people, no soap or tissue

The rooms are quite clean and quite large, with cool air conditioning. It's close to the beach, restaurants, and many food vendors in the area.

There needs to be air conditioning in the bedroom

Strategic location, clean, comfortable, cold AC, but unfortunately the TV doesn't have any channels, only one blanket, one towel, and a little soap/shampoo. But for that price, it's still worth it for a family of 2.

It's actually nice but the room is dirty, only the mattress is clean. The floor is very dusty, there are traces of sauce bottles, maybe someone didn't tidy it up, the mini kitchen is dirty, the bathroom is clogged, the toilet can't be flushed when defecating. The ceiling of the room is also dirty

It was quite satisfying to stay here, comfortable, not noisy, cleanliness in all the rooms was quite okay, there was only a small drawback, namely there were spider webs hanging from the ceiling of one of the rooms and it would be more enjoyable if in the future it was equipped with AC hehe....

Overall okay, clean room, clean and fragrant sheets, there is a dispenser and gallon, clean bathroom, cold AC, there are cutlery, spacious parking, easy to find food, just walk to Bandulu Beach or Pasir Sirih not far. The only minus is that there are no TV channels yet. The important thing is that everything is comfortable and happy.
